Two seconds @ the Royal Bath & West '11

Following the recent cider judging at the Royal Bath & West cider comp this year, we're delighted to announce we picked up two seconds for our Somerset Dabinett in the Single Variety class and for our Sweet cider in the Sweet cider class.

This is great news as the cider we enter comes straight off the shelf rather than being specially selected - we believe if 'its good enough to sell then its definitely good enough to be judged'.

The Bath & West cider competition is regarded in cider circles as the foremost UK competition and holds a very special place for us as we're the only cider makers to win the  'Supreme Champion' award three times.

This year we could only enter a few of the categories as my father John Perry was judging the farmhouse class, and obviously it wouldn't have been fare to judge our own.
